If for some reason your item doesn't work out, please email us at email@example.com to let us know. We accept returns for a refund that are post-marked within 14 days of your purchase or within 30 days for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case we don’t receive your returned item.
You may drop off your items with your life stylist if this is more convenient within the given time frame.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received and approved your return. Once approved we will ship out your exchanged merchandise or refund your original form of payment within 1-3 business days.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Sale items are final. Gift cards cannot be returned.
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a refund in the form of a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days.
